Ten years. In today’s fast-moving world, even saying that feels rare.

People change jobs quickly, priorities shift, opportunities move fast.
Staying and growing in one place for a decade may soon become something we only talk about —
maybe even the last generation to experience it this way.

And that thought makes this milestone even more meaningful.

When Everything Was New

When I joined, the company was new.
I was new too.

Both of us learning, experimenting, making mistakes, finding direction.
We didn’t know exactly where the journey would lead,
but we trusted the first step.

There was no certainty — only belief, effort, and patience.
And somehow, that was enough.

So Many Roles, So Many Versions of Me

Looking back now, I’m honestly surprised by the journey myself.

I didn’t chase titles or plan these transitions.

They happened because people believed in me and trusted me with responsibility.

Each role stretched me.
Each change shaped me.
Each challenge made me better.

From What I Knew to What I Learned

I came with experience in Cards, E-commerce, and Healthcare.
Over time, I stepped into completely new worlds:

Lending 2.Telecom 3.Cloud 4.GenAI

None of this was part of a fixed plan.
It unfolded naturally — one challenge at a time, one opportunity at a time.

That’s when I truly understood:
learning never stops if you are willing to stay curious.

One of the most important and fulfilling parts of these ten years has been the opportunity to set up an entirely new practice — both in technology and domain.

It wasn’t just about delivery.
It was about building from scratch— defining direction, experimenting, failing fast, doing deep research, and learning continuously.

Invested heavily in R&D, explored new technologies, understood domains deeply, connected business problems with tech solutions, and slowly shaped something meaningful.

To the Customers Who Trusted Me

Working with BFSI and Telecom customers has been one of the most fulfilling parts of my journey.

Every customer brought a new perspective.
Every project carried responsibility.
Every challenge taught me something valuable.

If our work added value,
if we made things simpler or better —
that, for me, was real success.
